Sofitel Warsaw Victoria Hotel

We were actually surprised by the birthday gesture upon our arrival. The breakfast was wonderful, and the room was spotlessly clean. The hotel's casino provided excellent entertainment. The hotel's ambiance was lovely, and the location was ideal. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, and bar, were excellent. The swimming pool was a perfect temperature. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was not far from the old town and there were many shops nearby. We were able to easily find breakfast options in this area. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Very elegant hotel, I enjoyed its central location right by City center as well as the Old Town. The food was delicious, and I had a really great time.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful, clean offered PERFECT breakfasts and had the best possible location near everything in the city. Also, I thoroughly enjoyed how fab the location was. Plus there was a lake, within 5 minutes walk or so.

Staying at this hotel was a truly indulgent experience. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and private facilities, were all exceptional. the service from staff was impeccable, and the in-room breakfast was particularly special.

The supportive staff was a plus, the location was INCREDIBLE. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, pastries, pancakes and hot waffles that was served in the restaurant.

Our food for buffet breakfast was good and all the staff were knowledgeable and dedicated. Our stay was a really good experience.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was fabulous. The staff were really good too ensure we had a nice experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the Christmas markets and attractions. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The Christmas decorations throughout the hotel added a festive touch.

The breakfast buffet was a bit crowded and hectic, especially during the holiday season. It would have been nice to have a separate area or designated time for adults to enjoy the pool without children.

The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the old town. The swimming pool and sauna were enjoyable and well-maintained. The staff, particularly Christopher, provided excellent customer service. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a complimentary breakfast offered.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I was kinda surprised by my recent stay at Sofitel. The pool on floor -1 was unique with its mirror ceiling, giving the illusion of swimming underwater. The rooms were clean and modern, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in! The hotel's central location was ideal, making it easy to explore the nearby restaurants and the Old Town. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of options for vegans and those with dietary requirements. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and amazing amenities.

The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with luxurious amenities such as a Nespresso machine and Lanvin bathroom products. The exemplary service provided by the staff ensures a memorable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied, offering fresh fruits, juices, eggs, and pancakes.

The hotel could improve on communication regarding extra charges, as some guests experienced misunderstandings and unexpected charges on their credit cards.

As a weekend traveler, I stayed at the stylish Sofitel in walking distance to old town. The comfort and cleanliness of our room exceeded expectations, and we especially loved the pool and spa facilities. The hotel's convenient location provided easy access to transportation and affordable taxis. Additionally, the breakfast served was superb, although a bit pricey. The highlight of our stay, however, was the softest bathrobe I have ever worn in a hotel, adding a touch of luxury to our experience.
